Judgy, mean, horrid service experience

Hi. We visited Enens saree shop for Bridal shopping over the weekend.

The manager's daughter told us that we were not allowed to view, touch or try outfits that were above our price range. Just for your knowledge, do not ever think brides always stick to their price range- if it is an outfit they fall in love with, they may very well make every effort to purchase it for their special day!!!

For outfits that were in our budget, we were not allowed to try it on- we were told to "hold the outfit on you to see how it looks. but do not try anything on." Like really???

We totally understand that outfits can get damaged- to that I recommend you carpet your floors (yes- you said it was high maintenance to do that) and most of all please change your judgy superior, snobbish, unfriendly attitude if you want to survive in these competitive times.

We asked the store manager/owner if they would be exhibiting their goods that evening at the annual eastern bridal fair. He responded by saying that Enens does not associate their brand with an "indian fleamarket-style" market . For your information, Exclusive designer brands like Raas, Paneri and Suvadha were at the fair. We purchased a showstopper bridal outfit that didn't compare to the overpriced outdated outfits at your store.

Upon sharing our horrible experience with our friends and family, we were not surprised to see that they had experienced the same horrible service from your store.

The above was a bad service experience from management level. It was no wonder and very easy to see how this kind of poor service filtered to your sales staff.

We've shopped in the most exclusive of saree boutiques in India and have never been treated like dirt. This was by far the worst service that we have ever experienced.
