Enduro Door(Wasted Money on no service done)
We were assisted by a guy named Nathan, ordered a door from him for our garage, Nathan sent us a quote and told us that only after paying the deposit he will start assisting. After the deposit we had to keep calling after him constantly, and he would keep giving us excuses upon excuses. He eventually brought the door after Months of struggles, but brought the wrong size. We than argued that no one came out to take sizes, why bring a door and not request or send people out to take sizes. He kept insisting that we change the size of the garage, which we couldn't because it would require changes to be done on the house plan. We would call but he wouldn't answer, we payed over R15 000 which went to waste. He's customer service sucks, i wouldn't recommend anyone to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!! Thank you for the review . Your door was ordered and fully paid as per our terms and conditions . Our normal order time is 10 working day we deliver your door within our delivery time . When we arrived at Herman's house for installation We noticed that your garage door opening was incorrectly build (5500mm) wide . Industries standard double door Is 4880mm Wide . We communicated this problem to Herman and asked him to get the builder to correct the mistake. Once this has been done I will send the team to install the door. He agreed to this we left the door and all the hardware in Witbank with Herman. About 5 weeks later I got a call from Herman stating that the builder does not want to correct the size of the opening . He asked if I could build a bigger door . We cannot build a wooden door to that size. At the time he understood this and agreed . Like mentioned before in previous telephonic calls as soon ass the opening is fit for installation we will gladly assist in installation of your door .

Lets be fair, we requested a quote on the 15/02/2018 and paid a deposit on the 19/02/2018. According to my emails i had to keep asking you when the door will arrive up to August 2019 full 6 Months of excuses, how is that 10 days? You brought a wrong sized door, we requested that you take it back and bring us the correct door, you refused. We eventually got another supplier because things were being ****** as the garage was open over a whole year, Which costed more, which was unnecessary. The supplier took measurements and brought us a door without expecting us to break the garage down.
I just want to make South Africa AWARE of your kind of service,we are dissatisfied customers, and wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
