Bad tutorial service

I registered with them from May paid with my last NSFAS allowance money which was R2500 and I said Ill pay the rest monthly (I took all 5 modules got a discount of R500). I waited for online tuitions from them the whole of June nothing, until I asked on the group since I registered late, didnt the people on the whatsapp group start complaining their material is outdated (2020 video clips, outdated notes...) I decided there there that Im not going to pay for outdated material, honestly wasnt happy after that they saw that we complaining so they held classes a week before test 3 covering test 2 topics (which was helpful but pointless because we are tested on other additional topics) So I asked for a refund, you will be shocked at the response I got
