Robbing people using the name of God

Good morning. I would like to lodge a complain on behalf of my mother who is a stroke patient and mute for morethan 5 years.recently she watches some religious channels on TV and she got interested in following a certain bishop called bishop Makamu. She is desperate in recovering especially the speech, she earns R4900.00 a month where she has to pay her nanny R2000.00 and R700.00 for policies and the rest buy groceries and electricity which is not enough.through the tv ads she got interested in joining some initiatives for the church so the bishop can pray for her healing.she paid R1000.00 two times and the bishop never called and pray for her, instead theres a lady by the name of Khujo who were communicating and praying with her over the phone.when I heard about it i sent her a message and explain my mom's condition and also explain that the stroke damaged part or portion of her brain and that she can't think straight.now she doesnt have food due to the huge donation she made to the church. The lady explained the donation as partnership which is paid monthly.i told her that I feel like they are robbing people and busy selling prayers and she denied. My aunt who was responsible for the transfer of the money told me yesterday that Khujo asked her to forward her the proof of payment so she can forward it to the bishop and only then, the bishop will pray for my mom which never happened till to date. I asked her to reverse the money cause my mom is starving and I also felt that it is wrong of them to act this way, even Jesus the son of God never asked or healed anyone in exchange of money. i feel like they are *****ing from the vulnerable poor and desperate people.the lady further said to me that they did not put a gun on my mom's head and forced her to join the partnership.i also heard that some one from my township paid bishop Makamu for the entire year but never received any call or prayer from him.i told Khujo how my mom is desperate and could do anything to get well, I strongly feel like the act is ungodly and evil.
