Be very cautions
I would be very cautious to make use of this company for your solar installation. I’ve had major concerns using End-Loadshedding from the beginning. First off, they quoted for a certain manufacture PV panel, however when this arrived on site, a inferior product was delivered. They have not informed me about it – luckily with a closer inspection I have spotted the mistake. After many heated arguments, they reduced the price of the original quote to align to the new PV panels. If I haven’t identified the issue, they would have surely continued without informing me. Secondly they have arrived with the wrong battery – again not according to the countless discussions and formal quote showing the model number and capacity of the battery that I required. This resulted in major delays on the installation. This is where the promises start, first it was 2 days, then next week, then the week after. They kept me on the line the whole time – taking time of from work to be at the site, since I cannot trust this company. Eventually after three weeks the correct battery arrived. I am not sure about their technical knowledge when it comes to solar installations – they have installed incorrect fuse sizing for the batteries (that was eventually replaced), they have installed the wrong DC combiner box ( 6 vs 12 way) to accommodate two PV strings (also replaced). They make use of different types of inferior circuit breakers (Fivestar) that you find in china shops. And now, my major concern – the Certificate of Compliance. This was done by an Installation Electrician that have not even seen the installation. This person completed the C.O.C with instruction from the person at my house. Not a single electrical test or measurement was done. If you don’t have electrical knowledge, or some understanding of the Solar regulations – do not use these people. We have added an review on Google as well, where they threatened us to remove the review or they will not honour the warrantee ….

We recently had our solar system installed by End Loadshedding on *14 February 2026*, and we are extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. From the beginning, their representative *Dixon* answered all our questions quickly and professionally, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The team provided prompt responses and the quotation process was very professional. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes we received. The installation was done efficiently and the workmanship was very neat and professional. The team worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, which we really appreciated. Amazing service, incredible value and a neat installation
I installed a 12kw system with solar panels and a backup battery. Not only were they the most affordable out of 6 quotes (by a long shot) they offered exceptional service and did a very neat installation. Highly recommend!
