Refund of Deposit

The company also does real estate. I paid a deposit as well as monthly rentals from January 2022 until May 2023, into their bank account as per the instruction of the Owner. I moved out at the end of May 2023 owing nothing to the company nor it's owner however the owner, Khuliso Pfunzo Muthivhi, refuses to refund the full balance due to me citing outstanding amounts which he hasn't provided any form of proof of nor ever pointed out prior to my request for the full refund of my deposit. I've been sent from pillar to post to get the money that is owed to me. I would definitely not recommend this company as the owner its ********* and am taking further actions to recoup my outstanding balance.
