Disgusting service!!

Bought a Groupon voucher for a Valentine's day picnic for R300 - on my Groupon account is says that the voucher has been redeemed and I have never received the picnic basket which was for a special Valentines evening - to date my phone calls and emails go unanswered! I have considered opening a case of ***** against this company as that have taken my money and not supp**** the service that said they would.
