Shocking service

I ordered from them and got the wrong perfume. I then tried to contact them, being very kind in my emails and WhatsApps, hoping they would resolve the issue and send me the correct perfume. Needless to say, NO RESPONSE. You are getting away with people's money and then ignoring them when they have a problem. Perfumes don't last either, definitely knock offs. Bad way of doing business. What goes around, comes around!
