I bought 2x perfumes from them on 15 March 2024

I bought 2x perfumes from them on 15 March 2024. I received then perfumes on 22 March 2024. Was excited about the delivery and sprayed some on my risk and clothes. I noticed that within less than 30 mins, the fragrance was gone. I informed the owner via whatsapp, but they did not even have the decency to get back to me and I paid R780x 2 for both perfumes which was the Bulgaria rose and Lancome memory (not sure if spelling is correct). I think the perfumes are either diluted, or it's just not the real thing. I gave the owner an opportunity to redeem themselves by at least getting back to me. I am totally disappointed and disgusted by all of this. I will advise people not to buy from Enchanting Frangraces SA
