**** GOODS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I purchased 5 fragrances on 12 September 2023 totalling over R2000 . Prior to purchasing , I contacted the owner, Richard and wanted clarification on the authenticity of the fragrances, to which he confirmed that they were GENUINE AND SEALED N ORIGINAL PACKAGING. After receiving my order, and using the fragrances don't even last 5 MINUTES!!!! I have tried to make contact with RICHARD since 4 October 2023 , and despite reading my messages, I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! I indicated that i intend to return the **** goods, and expect a refund, still NO RESPONSE! The service is JUST SHOCKING! I want my money back
