Complete ****

Proper ****. I paid for a special and they only delivered 3 of the 4 perfumes.They responded once to say they ran out of stock and that I should choose another perfume and send a screenshot. Their delivery was late, so I fetched it myself from the courier. Asked them a week after purchasing why I hadn't received a tracking number. They've been ghosting me and refuse to give me my refund, or send me the perfume they owe me. Still haven't heard from them. They don't even bother reading messages or emails. Also, the perfumes smell nothing like the original. Their story on their website about being real, but with slight packaging defects is complete nonsense. Worst service ever
