Unprofessional service and workmanship

Contacted Enchanting to replace faulty chlorinator. They put in a faulty second hand one, which kept blowing fuses due to sub standard wiring - no junction boxes, bare wires wrapped with tape etc. (See pic). Had to call electrician to rewire. Chlorinator had to be replaced again. Promises to rectify and makes up stories. Calls and messages went unanswered after payment was made.
