Such great attitude

We accidentally faulted Enbridge Insurance with cancellations and for 6 month spoke to Ina numerous times, being angry, frustrated and annoyed that things are not happening. It turned out we were at fault the entire time and Ina Halgryn not once lost her cool, kept professional and supportive, despite the fact they are clearly not in the wrong. My apologies Ina and well done on being amazing at your job!
