SALARY QUERY

I all my son Tyrrell Adams have started working for The Burger in Port Elizabeth on the 9th of February worked for 3weeks night shifts 6-6 and day shift at night round about 9 or 10 they will ask him to work the following day up until this day he has never been paid.I spoke several times to the Melissa that's working as the wage lady at the offices I. Walmer for enable her sponse to me is "I am waiting for a ply from head office,Tyrrell also phone d several times only thing she tells him is to wait. He told her he will be taking it to ccma building all she said was" just do what you want to do I don't care"phoned the head office Enable in Johannesburg asking what the problem is then dropping the phone down in My ear. I send an email to Hilda the HR lady still no response for the second week, as I have heard many people have not been paid and just don't return back to work and leave it at THAT.WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING TO IF THEY DON'T GET PAID? INTO THEIR POCKETS, I WILL NOT STOP TILL HE GETS Paid. They is a real disgrace people working getting up early offering up to go to work and at the end of the day you have to fight for your money
