Enablemwd bad customer service

After trying to claims back funds I had to pay out of my pocket to get my mum a consultation with a podiatrist, these people tell me they can't refund me as I don't have an authorisation nr. This after 5 months of asking them and sending all the info, constantly having to follow up coz they don't seem to know what their job is. I am extremely frustrated that they would put me through all this and Sizwe Medical Aid simply does not care. Terrible service, but when it's you owinv them it's another story
