Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Jump-start)

A Big thanks to En Route Towing in Somerset West. I received the most amazing service from a gentleman called Mario. Mario was called out by Discovery Insure to assist with my flat car battery. All I can say is "What a gentleman". He assisted me by charging the battery, reversing my car out of a very complicated parking area and then following me all the way to the nearest Battery Center to ensure that I didn't break down. He waited with me until the new battery was fitted and made sure that I was safely back on the road again. Now that is what I call Top Class Service.
