HANDBAG WITH A GENUINE LEATHER TAG THATS PEELING

Good day <br> <br> My husband purchased a Serenade handbag from En - Route luggage in December 2013 . The handbag comes with a genuine leather tag on the inside of the bag . In May of this year I noticed areas of the bag peeling. I took the bag into the En - Route store in fourways ans was told by one of the sales assistants that the bag would be shown to the REP in 2 weeks time and would be called with an update. A month later I went back only to find the bag in store with no follow up .i then e-mailed Mr Jose Borragero explaining my situation and was assured that the bag would be sent of to the manufacturer and I would receive feedback in due course .A sales assistant called me a few days later to inform me that the Rep inspected the bag and the peeling was due to mishandling and negligence on my part . I asked to speak to Mr Borragero who repeated what the sales person had told me and informed me that he imported stock in bulk and could not sent back one item to manufacturer. He also told me that the bag could not be repaired and I should collect it from the store. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. Research shows genuine leather shouldn't peel . <br> Thank you <br> Vicky
