EMZ Design studio haircuts.

Elaine from EMZ design studio did a Muk keratin treatment on my hair which I was charged R 2800 for. As the color wash out slightly I asked her to color my routs, cut my ends and slightly feather cut my hair in front. I paid her another R 1900 for a bottle shampoo & a bottle conditioner and this included the color. She then cut my hair which was the biggest mistake of my life! My hair is snipped into rags... I had very long hair and would need to grow it back from start and pay someone else to fix the mess. I paid R 4700 for Muk straightening, color, cut, shampoo and conditioner and I cannot even blow dry my hair nor wear it loose due to the horrific hair cut. It is literally short in front and not even cut straight and the small piece that is still long at the back looks like drags. I did voice my dissapointments and received no feedback... Not even a apology. I am extremely dissapointed with the service received.
