IRP5 battle

My mom has been struggling from August to get my papers correctly filed with Sars because of the outstanding irp5 that needs to be submitted electronically and Emthanjeni kept on saying she should do it herself whilst Sars has made it clear that it is their duty not hers and they can't even accept the one from her before the employer submit electronically. we.tried everything to resolve this matter but it remains unresolved. people that we spoke with 1.Mrs Tshaya 2.Mrs Jack *** their office line. you can even lodge a complaint via a call .the Municipal Manager email address;***
