POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

The Unicloud mattress I purchased has beennin use for a little over 6 months. The mattress has sagged, causing a little hill between the two sides of the bed - so forget about cuddling with your spouse! The manufacturer's representative, Peter Els, has examined the mattress and reports in writing "there is nothing wrong with the bed". He verbally advised me that this was normal and expected. Say what?? This despite the fact that the product has a 2 year guarantee!
