Micheal had reasontly rip me of too or thinks he had, the agreement between him and my previous employer is just that an agreement between them not me I didn't recieved any funds, I didn't agree to the settlement, so that doesn't makes me accountable for his actions, even with an power of attorney, I'm suing him for malpractice and ********** actions, I'm heading to ccma to make that agreement nil inviod, my Employer choose to settled with him, not me, and because I didn't recieved any funds makes the agreement useless, After I'm finish with Micheal Smith he will wish that he was never born, I'm not going to lie down and allow him to rip of innocent people, so watch this space Micheal, you truly barked up the wrong tree, I know my rights and I'm not going allow a low life like you to take it away from me, employment law experts are going down!!!!
