********** MISREPRESENTATION AS WELL AS IMPERSONATION OF AN ATTORNEY

STATEMENT TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC: I, Tracy Seeley-Jeppe, am an admitted but non-practicing attorney of the Republic of South Africa. I was contracted the Employment Law Experts (ELE) for a matter of days. I summarily terminated my contract with them on 2 July 2020. It has come to my attention from sources outside of ELE that ELE has been using references to my name, admitted attorney designation, and qualifications in their communications to members of the public. In no uncertain terms did I author, compose, write, send, transmit, or otherwise authorise these correspondences or this practice. By this conduct, ELE is perpetrating both ********** misrepresentation as well as impersonation of an attorney. I have demanded that they stop this practice and yet they have continued to do so. Do not respond to any correspondence from this company that bears my name and details.
