Good day, Account in your book: SPOMOP (PTY) LTDAccount number: ............ The above company interfened with my CCMA case and staged it to be the CCMA, without my knowledge. Consequently my employer paid over the amount of R......... on the 18th of May from their Nedbank account to SPOMOP. This was my settlement amount, which I never agreed to. I need these funds to be blocked in the account of SPOMOP as they never represented me and somehow pulled it through to receive the funds due to me. I cannot get hold of them, no phone numbers issued to the public are in working order, no emails are rep**** to. They pretend to form part of the CCMA, but settle on your behalf and take acceptance of your funds. I urgently need someone to investigate and supply me with feedback urgently, alternatively do advise which documents you need from me to proceed.
