Then they send those forms to the CCMA to get a case number and a date for the hearing. So everything looks legit. Then you don't hear from them again, you as client thinking you have a case coming up. They go behind your back and settle with your company without your knowledge - they will always ask to settle before your CCMA date. Then when settlement is signed, the withdraw the case from your company and the CCMA - making it look like the case has been settled. They walk away with your money and you look like a asshole when arriving at the venue and there is no case anymore - or like they told me, I signed Power of Attorney to these assholes.
