The worst mistake I made was to contact the Employment Law Experts for assistance to apply at the CCMA dispute online on the 11th September 2020. Mr. Michael Smith Senior Legal Advisor responded and e-mail communications took place. The following address: ***. WhatsApp # ***; Tel # ***/***. Accounts dept. email: *** Legal Dept: *** was given. T Harry for ELE Tel # *** or ***; WhatsApp # +***3; address: West Tower, 2nd floor Nelson Mandela Square, Maude Street, Sandton contacted the employer between 14-15th September and arranged for settlement of which ELE signed for and provided banking details to the company. The company paid an amount of R 64 783.72 into Comaro Crossing Mercantile Bank Limited account *** on 21st September 2020. To date without success I have tried to contact ELE on the above data given requesting feedback on the transaction. NO RESPONSE from ELE.

The money is now gone as i have received nothing. MY CCMA date is on 13th October 2020 and I have no representation. I received no coaching for ELE in preparation of the hearing.
