Worse service ever after waiting almost 3 months for the product to arive

Ordered a pushing cart from them only to be informed after 2 months that it will be delivered late and a voucher of R500 will be given to clients whom pre booked well once the product arrived needles to say not even on the date they speculated once more they product was not even right not only was it not the colour that has been chosen but the quality and even the look was not at all to be even close to what they had advertised. Upon arrival they could not give the correct product and once asked for a refund it was all down hill from there and till date I struggle to get my mothers money from them as even the customer service is POOR this lady keeps informing me that it has been dealt with wich it clearly is not
