We want our money back from empire tech

It has been a nightmare to deal with flyod, Clayton and yvonne. A car we bought in November broke in January and Floyd has refused to give us a refund. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. It's shocking the absolute disrespect and lack of people s****s these people have. We want our money back Floyd. Stop being a *****!!!!
