Ridiculed by Empire Tech Staff

Update since 16 Dec 20. After several complaints, emails and WhatsApp msg's, Empire Tech has blocked me from their Facebook page. They are not responding to any of my msg's and I was ridiculed by their staff. Any advice on what to do next?
