pathectic service recieved from EMPIRE TECH

i placed and paid for an order on the 17th September 2019 for a jeep. I was told that delivery takes between 6-8 weeks. to date i have still not received the jeep...during this time i continuosly followed with the agent or sales rep by the name of Nathan who seemed to have a better excuse each time called, eventually i was transfereed to Darryl whom i was told who handle my order/query. between the two of them , i have recieved nothing but pathetic service and lies...for teh past three weeks, i was informed that i could expect delivery on certain dates, the first excuse was that the container is awaiting clearance which was sometime in November...followed by the truck is on its way.., therefater there was a breakdown with one of the trucks,,the latest in the first week of December being that the truck is working its way down from Eastern Cape, then Knysna and that i would recieve my order by the 6th December ( this after being told the same bull**** on 3 occasions)...eventually , on the 17th December, im told that i can be expect my order on the Monday 21st, quite frankly that is a load of bull****...what this tells me is that for the past month, i have been intentionally **** to...which seriously offends me, and ****es me off. they have absoultely no business etiquette..., no knoweledge of fair and proper business principles and no customer service qualities whatsoever!....what really ****es me off is that i ordered this jeep for my son for christmas, being a proactive dad i expected this jeep to be wrapped standing next to the christmas tree by now...BUT THERE IS VOKOL...i am not in the business of dissapointing my kids, i never have and never will...for anyone else considering purchasing any item as a gift for a loved from these guys, my advice is to look elsewhere....they are useless!
