Globalbuy/Empire Tech Bunch of ******* with Floyd their useless Manager

Stay away from this company, they quick to accept orders & take your monies but they don't deliver, generally a few months after your order. If they do deliver the product is generally defective, you then have to return the item at your cost to them and you do not get any feedback from the, Floyd the useless manager, is a serial **** and has absolutely no clue about customer service, I've been promised a refund but have not received any monies to date, apparently its in process. Beware of Empire Tech/Global Buy. Stay Away!
