EMPIRE TECH/GLOBAL BUYING IS ********** COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered and paid in full for a G55 car on 6 October 2019. Through emails and numerous phone calls I was promised it will be delivery between 4 to 6 weeks as this was one of my Christmas gift for my kids. I called numerous times after the 6 weeks expired only to be promised it would be delivered a day before Christmas,On the 24th of December I called again only to hears lies again from Floyd(so called manager)that they had a problem with customs and the container is still at harbour in Durban,i even offered to assist with customs but they refused as it was only lies which they told their clients just to prolong them time,i then requested an immediate refund,which I promised would be done immediately. After numerous of phone calls messages and emails,Marlin the so called owner called to say that the refund will be immediately the next morning. When this did not happen I tried calling them but all of a sudden all phones was off,or either ignored my calls.The entire December they **** and said that the refund was processed and done.I even went on a holiday and got back the refund and the refund was still not done. On 8/1/2020 I contacted them again when Floyd answered and told me that as he does not know whats going on and will give feedback by 10/1/2020 and that someone will contact me.After adding a comment on facebook as to what type of company this is and business they running,he was quick to remove the comment and sent me an sms to say my refund will be done 1st thing Monday morning. As usual I called Monday morning only for my calls to be ignored again and when I did get a hold of him he makes empty promises again,Until now my refund still isn't done.Darrel is an employer at Empire Tech which adds positives Reviews on Hello Peter as if he is a client,Which btw all lies as usual. This is truly a company which is quick to take peoples hard earned money but cannot deliver a service to clients as all they advertising on social media and facebook is misleading.People working for this company takes no responsibility. This company has Empire Tech, Empire Gaming, Global Buy under its umbrella and best will be to avoid any transactions with these businesses. I will be opening a case of theft,as will as contacting Carte Blanche to investigate this ********** company.
