Empire Tech , poor service

I bought a ride on kids Car from this people 12 June , paid it the same date . They should have send the item by now but still haven't received any item . I contacted this person several times for the couriers name and tracking number . But still failed to give me this info for a week . It is now the 2nd of July but still not sure if I am going to get receive this product in time for my sons birthday.
