Empire Tech is not a legitimate business, they do not know what they are doing

Worst experience with a business. These people do not know what they are doing. Firstly their website does not work, made first payment for my son's Jeep ride on car without a glitch but it went south from then onwards. Their team has no business etiquette, had to contact them myself in order to make a payment coz their website did not let me. Their communication is ao bad, if you don't follow up you won't hear a thing from them. Was expecting to get the ride on car before Christmas for my son and have been trying to get hold of them. Finally got hold of them on the 18th of December and was told everything will be sorted out by the 21st. Called again on the 23rd to follow up only to be told the accountants are coming back on the 29th and they'll be able to help me only then. Quite frankly the 29th is very late, I was expecting the car before Christmas-as they have advertised. Lousy experience and will not be using them again
