Damaged products as well as poor service

We bought an electric kids jeep car from them which we took home and ended up being faulty we then returned it and we were offered a Ford ranger which we had to go back and collect, we were told it is stronger etc etc. While deciding between the jeep and Ford we were informed by one person our jeep was sent back and then another says it's in for repairs meanwhile we spotted in on the floor ready to sell as it had dog poo in the wheel so we knew it was the same one. Eventually we chose the Ford which at this time the technical guy asked us to take a different colour than we one we wanted (white) as they didn't have a lot of white in stock. They then built it in front of us and I pointed out the sticking out plastic on the corners and was told it's like that. When leaving we asked what happens if we are not happy with this and we're assured that if we weren't we would get a full refund and a courier will come out and collect from us. After charging it as instructed we drove it about 20 metres and could smell burning and a motor seized. We then contacted the company and were informed to wait because their boss was overseas. Eventually I had had enough and emailed them and a courier was sent out. They got the car back and then claimed we had stuck a sticker on it and pulled it off which left a mark and we damaged the plastic. It was then discovered that the sticker was the courier and the plastic would have meant I had to take a sharp object and pull it out. They wanted to charge me for damages after an argument where my sister was called a child as she had to repeat herself to get a word in and was told she sounds like a child asking for a sweet. We were treated with absolute disrespect as customers for something that wasn't our fault. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I eventually managed to get hold of the owner who was shocked I called him to get my refund
