Bad business

On July 2018 I came across a beautiful piano which I decided to get for my son from Empire Tech so I decided to do a laybye for 6 months. I finished payment in November now after thatthat's where the problem started, I was the 1 making calls to check and everytime it was the same story there waiting for stock or I'm being referred to someone else who doesn't even know the process of laybye. December till today I don't have what I paid for and today that's when I was blocked from there watsup and calls. They offered to trade my laybye with a bicycle of which I declined and asked for my money back. I'm a new buyer and I've had enough of there business. So I paid for nothing and they refuse to pay me my money back after sending them evidence that I paid. I'm so angry.
