Poor service

Good afternoon admin,

My car was taken by the panel beaters on the 15 July 2022. I have been speaking to since then. Their explanation's that they are waiting for parts since then, however I ask if the supplier of parts you as company, should interrogate them. Even now has happened. Please help. They associated with MiWay insurance.
