EMPIRE MOTORS ****

I bought a car from Empire Motors in Durban from the owner Daryl Subramoney in 2017. On the 6th of June 2019 the car was smashed at the back. the Dealership said I must take the car to their Panel Beaters as the insurance was gonna pay. After 3 weeks I fetched my Car only to find it with a lots of faults like, rear windows not opening ever, Boot says its opened, Sensors falling out, Paint from the bumper coming out and reverse camera not working anymore.

I kept pleading with the Panel Beaters to fix the car but they would take the car and not fix it and even went to court but the police who went to give them a letter from court was their friends. So I was also not helped. I then asked the Insurance to intervene but they didn't do anything they just ignored my messages. Well, I then stopped paying for the car, I think I am 3 months behind as the car was supposed finished in September 2020. Daryl would call and say I must deposit money and send his friends to threaten me but I said they must come and we meet at the police station but they never came.

Now since he doesn't wanna fix the car, I have to pay for all the things that are not working in my car due to their mistakes. The owner said he will fix the car after Lockdown but he never did. I wish for him to give me the Logbook of the car because if he is not fixing the car, I will not pay the balance. I would rather take the balance and fix the car. Please do help.
