Unhappy Customers

just before Xmas I bought a gift for my Son. Bmw Z4 and Electronic keyboard. The Bmw arrived before xmas with a few defects but was acceptable however my dispute is with the Electronic keyboard which didn't come and no positive feedback I'm very disappointed.
