Order not delivered - 3 months later

Order placed and paid in full on the 21st of September 2019 for a Kids Jeep Ride on car. The special did state that the order will be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks time. 9th of December 2019( more than 11 weeks later) and i have not received my order. Numerous calls over the past two weeks to a person by the name of Nathan with him stating that the order will be delivered in a couple of days. Even spoke to a person by the name of Daryl and he advised that he cant assist as he is just a showroom assistant and he will pass the message on to Nathan. All Nathan seems to do every time i contact(when he does eventually answer the call) is asks where am i based and what did i order and he will look into it and he will provide feedback - guess what, no feedback whatsoever or even the decency of a return call) I even contacted them via facebook and i all i get is the same response. Extremely frustrating dealing with Empire Tech and the customer service is beyond ridiculous and appalling.
