I have been ****med...paid in September and received nothing in over 9 months

Terrible experience. I ordered and paid for a Pandora 12S Dual Controller console in September 2019, and I'm still waiting 9 months later. There has been virtually no communication from the company from the time they took my money. I have had to follow up and chase them from day 1. They make continuous excuses, passing me from one person to another. Apparently they've been under new management from about 6 months ago, and the new guys have at least been willing to take my calls. But still I've received nothing but empty promises. At this point I have no alternative but to treat this as a ****/***** and to report these guys to the authorities.

Do business with these guys at your peril. Customer service has been shocking and numerous people have been ****med out of their money. Beware!
