***** / ****: Empire Gaming / Empire Tech / Global Buy / Global Buy SA

I spent over R3000 on a gift for my daughter. It was a Black VW Amarok Kiddies Ride Along. I was sold a faulty broken item and was put through stress just to try to get it fixed and resolved so that my daughter could enjoy it. They have made many excuses over the course of 3 months. The product has been problematic from the day I received it. It still has not been resolved and I am being brushes aside. They took my money and treat me and my daughter like we are nobody.

Since 24 Dec 2019 to 24 May 2020 I have made 38 phone calls and many more WhatsApp messages and emails.

The last communication I had with them was on 24 May 2020 where a staff member told me told me “What the f must I do!” and he cut the call. He insisted he did not work for the company any more. However on 9 June 2020 the staff member placed adverts for the company on his Facebook Status - he **** about not no longer working for them.
