Empire Gaming/globalbuysa: They make false promises and censor their facebook page

Rating is actually ZERO or MINUS FIVE STARS but Hello Peter won't allow it. Please read this before buying from these people.

I bought a Pandora 12 Saga from them in September 2019. It finally got delivered in March 2020 (6 Months). I have the invoice and whatsapp exchanges to prove this if you need proof. They've offered to compensate the late delivery with a R500 voucher. I have never received my voucher items yet.

Be very careful when you're buying from this company for the following reasons: * They will make false promises. So you'll ask them "when is my item being delivered?" and the answer will be "no we will deliver it soon". * Customer support and feedback is the absolute worst. It makes me, who never bothers writing reviews, deciding to write reviews about how poor this service is. Think about it. * There are no customer reviews on their business page. Think about why this is the case. * They will delete your comments on their facebook page if you speak negative about them. This is extremely ***** for a business. * There are some unhappy customers that I know of that have spent hundreds of rands of airtime just to get a delivery. I personally had to phone quite a few times for the status of my order. * There are some unhappy customers who cannot get a refund. They are not the same person as other reviewers on this company. * There are some unhappy customers who have even been BLOCKED on their facebook page without receiving their bought item.

As a customer, I was truly appalled at how other customers are being treated. This is very near thievery because how long can a company hold onto your money before delivering the item?

I really wish that someone could take this company to court and sue them. Not for me, but for all the other customers that still have to deal with this. If you're not from Gauteng province and need delivery, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE because they're not ready for national deliveries.
