Appalling Service

Do yourself a favour and NEVER buy from this company. They will go the extra mile for you prior to a purchase. After which they could not be bothered about after sales. Bought 4 Arcade games from them. 3 are not working. I have been trying to get a refund for more than 2 months now. Christo keeps making excuses for the accounts department. The accounts department claim they know nothing about this refund and that it may take up to 21 working days before they sort out my issue. Both christo and the accounts lady had the audacity to tell me to mind tone when I speak to them. I am lost for words. I asked them to provide me with the owners number so that I could take up this disgusting service with him, they have refused. Again do yourself a favour and NEVER buy from this company.
