worst service and no feedback

I recently went to watch as****terjie at Theatre of Marcellus at emperors I bought tickets in the morning and there were not many tickets available so had no choice but to take E5-E6 the seating was so bad we could not see much of the show I then contacted emperors and they said a customer service agent will contact me I am still waiting for someone to contact me I demand that the tickets be replaced because I paid R180.00 a ticket to not see the show this is a ******* and the customer service from emperors is even worse
