Worst night ever 14 November 2020

Has the worst evening ever at my second home Emperors Palace. Hardly anyone was following COVID-19 regulations, people were playing two or more slots at a time, making it difficult to find my favourite slot machines, table dealers were not concentrating at the Blackjack tables and made so many mistakes. The security was so rude to me when I asked about the slots hogging and the one machine I played was glitchy. Also slots attendants were not viable at all when I needed help. This is not the experience I wish to have at Emperors Palace which has given me so much excitement and good memories in the past.
