Winners Circle App not Topped up but taken from your account

I am highly disgusted with the NEW WINNERS CIRCLE APP, I topped up on Saturday, went off my bank account and firstly noone knew how to help me at the cashiers, sent me up and down to help desk, Then i was put in contact with Winnie who told me that the money is not in their account, that she would call me the next day, she did but still no money, on Monday and Tuesday I had to call just to get my money back from them as it went off my account and I showed them with proof of reference nr's and in my actual account and today, Tuesday Winnie hasn't back and I get through to a Bongani who said he's the manager who wil investigate and come back to me. This new Winners Circle app is not user friendly, if you win and put into your bank account the funds show in your account basically 3 days later, the app takes out of your account but doesn't top up your card and it takes forever and investigations to try get your money back. I suggest no one uses it and the frustrations that go with it is not worth it. Lets see if I get my money back today and whether Bongani calls me back. I am highly unimpressed with the service to try get your own money back.
