Whats your response time to reply to an email
3 correspondence and NO REPLY!!!<br> 1st contact was made last week Monday on the Websites contact form, after no reply from there, I emailed them on the 7 July again and this morning! You guys obviously don't need business but also don't care about customer service! I emailed [Email Removed] to make a booking as I can not get through telephonically. I also prefer email communication which I see doesn't work well for you guys. I am really disappointed. I usually stay at Monte whilst in JHB and now I know why.
