We were here today to redeem our vouchers for R100 free play I received in the beginning of the month on ladies night. Premotional stage advised we need to come back on wednesdays/saturdays. We wen to the winners circle counter and they said it expired. How is this possible if there are no dates on the vouchers I received? Ierstand if there were dates specified on the said paperwork but there was not. It said redeemable on said date. But there was no dates. Winners circle took the liberty of scrunching it up for us and kept saying we cannot use it. How I supposed to know I had to use it on the same day as the movie? It did not specity it on the voucher. So was under the impression that it was redeemable any time?
