Watch your credit on your card

If you don't know how much money you have on your card Emperors takes it, They call it safety bucket and they will only credit you back if you query where your money disappeared too. It is so sad, i asked the Supervisor will they contact the people who lost money and she politely rep**** no and laughed. For the last two weeks all we have been doing is feed the machines and you walk out of there broke, so if you don't know what you should have they still ***** from you. Is it really worth spending your money there knowing hundreds of people lost their credits. I missed R100 last week and got another R935 back of money they took previously. What next Emperors??? The lady next to me queried hers and the attendant told her she must get R350 back when the Supervisor came back she told the lady it is not her money it belongs to previous people who played there!!! Check your credit people they ripping us off big time.<br>
