Unprofessional and unhelpful security guards at the gate

The exit sensor at the gate is far from the cars and the security guard refused to help me out with waving to open the boom gate because management does not allow them to open for us. I honestly felt so disrespected because he saw how much I was struggling to reach it and still refused to help me out. I had to come out of my car to open the gate and the risks of doing are immense. I’m disappointed Also it felt like now that emperors has gotten my money, they don’t care about how I’m treated

I’m so unhappy about this. This caused traffic and backlog of cars because the security guard refused to help me out. The other staff in the other booths were giggling instead of helping me out or advising him to do better I’m not a difficult customer and I hate when this is taken for granted
